Montistory page aims to contextualise Montessori philosophy, approach and practice by engaging with the various histories that have led to its development and propagation.

In this page, we will aim to post snippets of histories that are well-researched, verified and referenced, along with relevant photos. Posts will be published weekly. Please remember that most of these posts are a result of years of trawling through books, journals, historical documents, websites, biographies, libraries and so on, in order to offer the most accurate information possible. Therefore, the only thing we ask in return is that due credit is given to the page when sharing the posts/photos.
